This position is entirely remote, designed to accommodate our therapists’ need for flexibility while maintaining high standards of care. Utilizing modern telehealth technology, you will conduct assessments, provide therapy sessions, and facilitate group therapy, all from a setting of your choosing. • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and emotional well-being through secure telehealth platforms.
• Design, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ specific goals and therapeutic needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing individual, family, and group therapy techniques tailored to remote delivery.
• Monitor clients’ progress diligently, employing data-driven methods to refine treatment plans to ensure effectiveness and responsiveness.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, effectively managing urgent situations and ensuring client safety.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with established legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with advancements in mental health treatment and interventions.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions and contribute to a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
• Adhere stringently to ethical guidelines set forth by relevant licensing boards and professional organizations.

Your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist involves serving a diverse client population comprising individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise in therapeutic techniques will enable you to engage effectively with clients from various backgrounds, creating a trusting therapeutic alliance that fosters healing and growth.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW) is mandatory.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with the ability to implement appropriate interventions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for establishing rapport with clients.

• Minimum of three years of experience in a related field, demonstrating proficiency in providing quality mental health care.
