Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct culturally sensitive, strengths-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring that each individual’s unique needs and backgrounds are considered.

  • Engage in continuous professional development through training and continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Participate actively in case consultations and agency meetings to improve clinical outcomes and foster team collaboration.
  • Complete all required licensure and mandatory training to maintain your professional standing.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Counselor at Kinetic, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including individuals from various cultural, socio-economic, and clinical backgrounds. Qualifications
