• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients in a virtual setting.
• A strong sense of empathy, compassion, and patience for clients experiencing a variety of mental health concerns.
• Demonstrable proficiency in organizing and managing your schedule, allowing for efficient documentation and session management remotely.

• Previous experience in a remote counseling or telehealth role is highly preferred, understanding the nuances of virtual therapy.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth tools for documentation and session management.
• An interest or specialty in certain modalities, such as play therapy, trauma-informed care, or mindfulness practices, will be advantageous.
