• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and needs.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy, employing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.
• Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans that clearly outline goals and therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s circumstances.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care and treatment paths for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments, ensuring client safety through appropriate safety planning when necessary.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation to comply with ethical and legal standards while ensuring continuity of care.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes aimed at equipping clients with coping strategies and support.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele ranging from children to adults facing various mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related issues. You will be instrumental in helping these individuals navigate their struggles, promoting resilience and positive change in their lives.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, providing the foundational knowledge necessary for this role.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), ensuring compliance with state requirements.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, which provides the practical skills necessary to support our clients effectively.
• Proficient understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, crucial for providing high-quality care.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

• Experience working within a community health clinic or similar organization.
• Background in state and federal mental health regulations to ensure compliance.
