• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to sync care efforts, ensuring continuity and coherence in client interventions and support.
• Provide education and support to clients' families, involving them as essential components of the recovery process and offering guidance on how they can aid in their loved one's journey.
• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation in adherence to organizational policies and regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Your primary focus will be clients struggling with substance use disorders, including those with co-occurring mental health diagnoses. You will engage with a diverse clientele, ranging from young adults to older individuals, each facing unique challenges as they work towards recovery. Your role will significantly influence their healing journey, offering them hope and the tools needed for a sustainable recovery.

• Current and valid licensure as LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, LSCSW, or PsyD.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice and professional development in mental health counseling.

• Specialized training or substantial experience in addiction counseling.
• Proven ability to effectively apply evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
• Strong therapeutic modalities and counseling capabilities, with a focus on motivating and empowering clients.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills suited for collaborative environments.

The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
