As a remote position, this role offers flexibility, allowing you to manage your own schedule while providing care to clients via telehealth platforms. Oakridge Counseling's outpatient service functions Monday through Saturday, providing a supportive structure as you coordinate your sessions. The use of modern technology facilitates effective communication and documentation, ensuring seamless patient care and collaboration with our practitioners.

Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of therapeutic activities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments of individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to establish tailored treatment plans.
• Implementing graduate-level clinical interventions and ensuring effective follow-up and triage of care based on patient assessment.
• Facilitating open communication with interdisciplinary teams by documenting findings and treatment plans and actively participating in regular patient rounds and meetings.
• Utilizing your knowledge and skills to address the psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of your patients, with careful consideration of their age and individual circumstances.
• Providing case management services, collaborating with community resources and professionals to deliver comprehensive care that meets the needs of clients.
• Meticulously completing and maintaining documentation in a timely manner, adhering to ethical standards and departmental expectations.
• Delivering evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailored to support the goals outlined in patients' individualized service plans.

Your client focus will include individuals facing a variety of mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to stress management and relational conflicts. By engaging with diverse populations, including adults and adolescents, you will employ therapeutic techniques that resonate with each client's unique circumstances, promoting positive outcomes and personal growth.

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling is mandatory.
• Strong commitment to providing compassionate care to clients in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in telehealth software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred.

• Experience working in outpatient settings and familiarity with current evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Ability to navigate insurance processes effectively, facilitating patient access to care.
• Background in conducting group therapy sessions is a plus.
