• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and craft individualized treatment plans based on solution-focused methodologies.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based strategies, tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with federal and state regulations, ensuring client confidentiality and quality care.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary care team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and medical professionals, to ensure coordinated, holistic care for individuals.
• Participate in routine case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance service delivery and elevate the quality of care.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, addressing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and adjustment disorders. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Georgia.
