• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to gain insights into clients' emotional states, histories, and treatment goals.
• Provide one-on-one, couple, and family therapy using a variety of evidence-based approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, and narrative therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that clearly outline short- and long-term goals, periodically reviewing progress with clients.
• Foster a trusting therapeutic alliance, encouraging open dialogue and active participation in sessions to support client growth.
• Maintain confidentiality by adhering to ethical and legal standards while documenting sessions and treatment outcomes accurately and thoroughly in our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest methodological advancements in social work practices.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
