• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health and emotional needs, utilizing evidence-based screening tools.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (such as LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to connect meaningfully with clients.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in a related field is required, with a preference for candidates experienced in remote therapy delivery.
