• Conduct thorough assessments of client mental health status, gathering relevant information to create personalized treatment plans.

In this role, you will primarily work with clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, and depression. Our diverse patient population includes individuals of various backgrounds and age groups. • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license in the state of Illinois is required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with our clinical team.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently in a remote work environment.
