• Conduct comprehensive online assessments with clients to identify needs and tailor personalized care plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapies to deliver effective counseling sessions that meet the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate closely with clients to set and achieve meaningful mental health goals, fostering a supportive and empowering therapeutic relationship.
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in accordance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
• Regularly participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices in mental health counseling and enhance your clinical skills.

Your clients will primarily consist of adults experiencing mild to moderate mental health concerns. This includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues, among other matters. The clinic's focus on low-acuity needs allows you to work with clients who may benefit from structured support while promoting self-efficacy and recovery-oriented practices.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Current licensure in Tennessee (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in good standing is essential for this role.
• Proven clinical experience of at least 2 years, demonstrating strong skills in client assessment and therapeutic intervention.

While a minimum of 2 years of experience is required, applicants with extensive backgrounds in teletherapy, group counseling settings, or specialized therapeutic techniques will be highly regarded. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are pivotal for success in this role, as they facilitate effective collaboration with clients and the remote team.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package.
