• Provide individual and couples therapy sessions to clients across various age groups within the school setting, tailoring approaches to meet their unique needs and circumstances.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely notes on client interactions and progress, ensuring accurate record-keeping as part of our commitment to quality care.
• Utilize a sophisticated billing service that handles all claims, client accounts, insurance eligibility checks, and payment plans, allowing you to focus on therapy rather than administrative burdens.
• Organize and schedule ongoing client appointments, skillfully managing your calendar to accommodate client needs and caseload demands.
• Work effectively with clients presenting a variety of clinical issues, employing evidence-based practices to facilitate positive therapeutic outcomes.

At Healing Springs, our client base consists largely of students from diverse backgrounds, facing challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to family dynamics and behavioral issues. As an LCSW, you will assist individuals and couples in creating meaningful changes to enhance their mental health and personal well-being. Your insights and skills will be instrumental in fostering resilience and coping strategies among students navigating academic pressures and personal challenges.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work is necessary for this role.
• Must hold a valid LCSW license to practice independently in Illinois.
• Demonstrated professionalism, self-motivation, and strong organizational skills are essential.
• Must exhibit excellent therapeutic boundaries and cultural competence, addressing the diverse needs of the student population.
• Available to work full-time, with a minimum commitment of 20-25 hours each week, including availability two evenings per week.

• Significant training and/or experience working with couples is highly regarded and will be strongly considered during the hiring process.
• Experience in educational or school-based settings will enhance your ability to connect with the student population.
• Ongoing engagement in professional development and training that enhances therapeutic skills is encouraged and supported.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, with additional bonuses available. As a W2 employee, you will enjoy a variety of benefits, including:
