This position is entirely remote, allowing you to deliver care in a flexible and convenient manner. You will work from a dedicated at-home workspace while connecting with clients via telehealth platforms. Our telehealth services operate Monday through Saturday, giving you the autonomy to manage your schedule based on your availability. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals and families, formulating personalized treatment plans based on the assessment results.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams through regular documentation and meetings to discuss treatment plans and ensure cohesive care for clients.
  • Provide case management services, maintaining open communication with community resources and professionals to enhance patient support and access to services.
  • Adhere to ethical and timely documentation practices, keeping detailed records of each client interaction as per departmental standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will engage with a diverse patient population seeking assistance for a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our clients include individuals from various backgrounds, age groups, and cultural contexts, each with unique needs that you will be equipped to address through individualized care.

Qualifications
  • Must hold a valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the State of Massachusetts.
  • A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
  • Willingness to provide 10 to 40 hours of clinical sessions per week to accommodate client needs.
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting is mandatory.
Preferred Experience

While not required, preference will be given to candidates with experience in telemental health services and those familiar with various therapeutic modalities applicable to diverse client presentations. Proficiency with telehealth platforms and digital documentation tools is a plus.
