• Facilitate remote counseling sessions with individuals, couples, and families, leveraging secure technology to foster a safe and engaging therapeutic experience.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address a range of emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues faced by clients, creating a roadmap for their journey toward wellness.
• Provide immediate support during crisis situations, employing de-escalation techniques and effective interventions to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, progress notes, and treatment plans in adherence to all legal and ethical standards.
• Educate clients regarding mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available resources, enabling them to take proactive steps in managing their mental health.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community resources to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for all clients, enhancing the therapeutic process.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health counseling through ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts.
• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required, although a Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services.
• Experience delivering services in a remote or online context is highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and digital communication tools.
• A commitment to ethical and confidential counseling practices in line with industry standards.
• Ability to effectively work both independently and as part of a cohesive remote team.
• Flexibility in availability to accommodate client needs across various time zones.

Prior experience in outpatient counseling settings, particularly involving telehealth services, is advantageous. Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), will further enhance your candidacy.
