Responsibilities

  • Support daily monitoring of cargo security activities across overseas shipping locations.

  • Monitor and report on cargo security audit statuses, communications, findings, and results.

  • Maintain and update risk assessment systems by incorporating new and existing shipping locations across a global network spanning 50+ countries.

  • Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly program status reports and presentations.

  • Assist in creating materials related to minimum security criteria requirements.

  • Support ongoing program initiatives, including self-assessment creation and updates.

  • Assist with risk assessment processes and denied party screening activities.

  • Monitor incoming emails and provide troubleshooting, research, and issue resolution support.

  • Run reports, analyze data, summarize findings, and track program performance.

  • Support meetings by preparing agendas, presentations, notes, action items, and templates.

  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and third-party business partners regarding program activities.

  • Monitor dashboards, identify trends, prepare analyses, and communicate key insights.

  • Serve as backup support for team functions and assist with implementing new processes.

  • Participate in special projects and provide cross-functional support as needed.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Ability and willingness to learn new systems and business processes quickly.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:

    • VLOOKUPs

    • Pivot Tables

  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
