This role is designed to operate in a completely remote setting, allowing for flexibility in achieving work-life balance while supporting clients in a Detox Center context. The position embraces modern technologies to facilitate communication and collaboration, ensuring that team members can effectively connect and support each other, while providing essential services to clients.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine the social, emotional, and developmental needs of clients.
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring they are tailored to meet each family's unique requirements.
• Monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster effective support.
• Provide guidance and support to families, empowering them to enhance their child's development through practical strategies and resources.
• Utilize a coaching model within natural environments to facilitate learning and growth for children and their families.
• Adhere strictly to all federal, state, and organizational policies to maintain the highest standards of ethical practice and client safety.

As an LCSW at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will engage mainly with children and families connected to our Detox Center. This role focuses on helping infants and toddlers facing disabilities or developmental delays, guiding them toward achieving key milestones during their formative years. We recognize the importance of early intervention and prioritize building strong rapport with families so that we can holistically address each child's needs.

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required, accompanied by active licensure from the Department of Public Health.
• Applicants must hold a current LCSW certification and possess a valid driver's license.
• A minimum of one year of experience in working with children, specifically in early intervention settings, is essential.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are required to efficiently manage a diverse caseload and collaborate effectively within the team.
• Exceptional communication abilities are necessary to foster relationships with clients and work cohesively with colleagues.
• Respect for diverse backgrounds and the ability to cultivate a collaborative team environment are crucial for success in this role.

• Experience implementing Natural Learning Environment Practices that focus on learning through everyday activities.
