• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Implement a wide range of therapeutic frameworks such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions, enhancing clients' coping mechanisms and resilience.
• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical records, ensuring full compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards to uphold our commitment to ethical practice.
• Collaborate regularly with a multidisciplinary treatment team, participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to ensure the highest standards of care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to actively participate in their own care.
• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health practices, integrating this knowledge into client treatment plans to provide evidence-based care.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts.
• Demonstrated competence in delivering solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, adapting therapeutic modalities to the specific needs of clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive therapeutic relationships and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
