• Conduct ethical and compassionate video-based counseling sessions, ensuring a safe space for open communication.

You will primarily work with stable and low-acuity adults experiencing issues stemming from anxiety and stress, particularly those exacerbated by recent global events. Your role will involve assessing their unique situations and helping them navigate their mental health journeys with care and professionalism.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a mental health therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW).
• Demonstrated competence in remote therapy practices, with an understanding of teletherapy platforms.
• Exemplary communication skills to engage with clients in a virtual setting effectively.
• A commitment to cultural competence and the ability to provide inclusive care to a diverse clientele.

• Prior experience in teletherapy or virtual counseling environments is advantageous.
• Familiarity with treatment modalities specific to adult mental health issues.
• A proactive approach to continuing professional development and staying current with best practices in the field.

• Annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
