This role is entirely remote, utilizing cutting-edge telehealth technologies to engage with patients. You will have the flexibility of working from your preferred location while being supported by a committed team of fellow mental health professionals. Regular business hours are expected, with occasional evening availability required during peak periods to ensure we meet our patients’ needs effectively.

• Conduct detailed assessments and screenings to evaluate patients’ mental health needs, subsequently developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Provide short-term individual counseling sessions and crisis intervention services tailored to a variety of patient concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Lead online therapy groups and workshops focused on relevant topics such as coping strategies, stress management, and personal development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and community organizations, to ensure comprehensive care and support for our patients.
• Participate in outreach initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness and promoting wellness events within the community.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records while adhering to ethical standards and compliance regulations.

The clients you will work with span a broad spectrum of the community, including individuals struggling with serious mental health conditions, those seeking support for stress or life transitions, and patients aiming for personal development. Our ideal candidate should have an understanding of the unique challenges faced by hospital patients to deliver compassionate and effective care.

• Must hold an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Strong understanding of mental health challenges among diverse patient populations, particularly in a remote setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to foster effective patient interactions and collaborate with the medical community.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and short-term therapy models suitable for virtual counseling environments.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently while thriving in a fast-paced remote work environment.

• Experience working in a telehealth capacity, especially with populations facing acute and chronic mental health issues.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing therapy and intervention strategies that promote positive patient outcomes.
• Experience in leading group therapy sessions or workshops online, demonstrating a proactive approach to patient engagement.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
