Job description

Work Flexibility: Remote

As our Senior Manager of Digital Communications, you will be responsible for the strategic oversight, development and continuous improvement of digital marketing platforms, campaigns and strategies for the Trauma & Extremities Division. You will ensure advocacy of divisional goals and needs to the broader enterprise technology strategy to enhance digital customer experiences and drive divisional growth. Additionally, you will serve as a bridge between the Trauma & Extremities Division and various internal stakeholders, including Communications, MRM stakeholders, Corporate Marketing Operations and Enterprise Digital and Technologies, and that partnership, is essential.

What you will do

  • Partner with T&E Business Unit Communications leaders to develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with annual marketing plans and business priorities.

  • Lead digital marketing analytics and reporting, building scalable dashboards and API-driven campaign performance tracking.

  • Manage and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns across paid search, paid social, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Hootsuite).

  • Oversee campaign measurement infrastructure, including tracking, attribution, SEO strategy, and performance optimization to drive engagement and pipeline growth.

  • Streamline marketing workflows, improve operational efficiency, and contribute to the company's digital technology roadmap.

  • Serve as the primary liaison for digital marketing initiatives while ensuring brand consistency, vendor management, and budget oversight.

  • Develop reporting processes and performance metrics that provide actionable insights and support continuous improvement.

  • Lead and develop the Digital Marketing Operations team through workforce planning, hiring, coaching, performance management, and employee development.

What you need
Required:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum 10 years in digital, marketing, communications, or equivalent

  • Minimum 4 years of experience driving multiple projects simultaneously

  • Minimum 4 years experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)

  • Minimum 4 years of experience using data and analytics to measure performance and inform business decisions

  • Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads Manager platforms

Preferred:

  • Minimum 4 years experience with Adobe products including Marketo, Creative Suite and Workfront

  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, BrightEdge, and Power BI for reporting and performance tracking

  • Strong working knowledge of API integrations across marketing technologies

  • Proven experience managing lead distribution and lifecycle processes within CRM or marketing automation systems (Marketo, HubSpot, etc)

  • Experience in paid media channels, including paid search and paid social strategy and execution

  • Experience supporting web development for campaign tracking (pixels, tags, event tracking)
