The company’s mission is to advance the technology and accessibility of the RVing and campground industry, making it easier than ever to travel while supporting national parks, local small businesses, and communities.

The Position

We’re looking for a Paid Channels Marketing Manager to lead the execution, optimization, and scaling of paid media campaigns, with a primary focus on Google’s ad suite. This is a hands-on, results-driven role for a highly analytical and aggressive media buyer who knows how to turn data into growth.

This role will sit at the intersection of media buying, performance strategy, and creative ideation. You’ll be expected to manage and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Demand Gen, Performance Max, and YouTube while identifying new opportunities to scale revenue efficiently through testing, creative insights, and platform innovation.

This is not a brand-only or strategy-only role. We’re looking for someone who lives in the platforms, moves quickly, and has a proven track record of driving sales while improving advertising efficiency. This person should also bring a strong performance creative mindset, with the ability to ideate high-converting ad concepts and creative directions that our creative team can execute.

This Role Is a Great Fit If You:
  • Have a proven track record in developing and implementing scalable Google Ads strategies and managing high advertising budgets.
  • Love digging into performance data and finding opportunities to scale
  • Know how to aggressively test and optimize campaign elements to hit CPA targets
  • Are deeply fluent in Google Ads, including Search, Demand Gen, Performance Max, and YouTube
  • Have strong hands-on experience managing Meta campaigns
  • Understand what types of creative, messaging, hooks, and designs drive performance
  • Can think outside the box and generate fresh creative concepts informed by data and consumer behavior
  • Stay on the cutting edge of paid media trends, platform updates, and new growth tactics
  • Enjoy moving fast, testing often, and making decisions based on data
  • Want to drive meaningful business growth through high-performance acquisition campaigns
  • Are highly detail-oriented and operationally strong
  • Can work effectively both cross-functionally and independently

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads, including Search, Demand Gen, Performance Max, and YouTube
  • Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns in Meta Ads Manager
  • Aggressively scale campaigns while maintaining or improving CPA, conversion rate, and overall advertising efficiency
  • Analyze campaign, audience, creative, and funnel performance to identify opportunities for growth
  • Build and execute ongoing testing roadmaps across bidding strategies, audiences, landing pages, creative approaches, and campaign structures
  • Develop creative hypotheses and performance-oriented ad concepts, including messaging angles, hooks, and design directions for the creative team to execute
  • Partner closely with the creative team to brief, refine, and iterate on concepts based on testing insights and performance data
  • Monitor performance daily and make data-driven optimizations to budgets, bids, targeting, placements, messaging, and creative direction using Northbeam
  • Identify and test new channels, tactics, and platform features to unlock incremental growth
  • Report on performance trends, insights, and recommendations with a strong focus on revenue impact and efficiency metrics
Skills & Experience
  • 5–8+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition, or paid media management
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, including Search, Demand Gen, Performance Max, and YouTube
  • Strong hands-on experience managing and optimizing Meta campaigns
  • Experience with other paid channels such as TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, affiliate, or programmatic is a strong plus
  • Proven success scaling paid media programs while optimizing toward CPA and improving overall efficiency
  • Highly analytical with strong data interpretation skills and comfort working directly in platform reporting, GA4, and other analytics tools
  • Strong understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, testing methodology, and performance measurement
  • Strong performance creative instincts, with the ability to identify concepts, offers, hooks, and design approaches that drive acquisition results
  • Experience partnering with creative teams to translate performance insights into effective ad creative
  • Demonstrated ability to spot trends early, test new ideas quickly, and apply learnings to improve performance
  • Self-directed, accountable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations, creative direction, and action plans
  • Experience with MTA reporting platforms like Northbeam and Triple Whale
