As a Software Verification & QA Specialist, you will play a key role in validating applications, identifying issues, and improving software delivery processes.

Accountabilities:

The Software Verification & QA Specialist will be responsible for ensuring software integrity through verification, testing, and technical analysis. The role requires strong attention to detail, collaboration skills, and the ability to work across different technologies and environments. Key responsibilities include:

  • Perform software verification activities based on technical documentation, requirements, and defined quality standards.
  • Build and validate software applications across multiple programming languages and development environments.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve build issues to ensure reliable software delivery.
  • Execute end-to-end testing of application features across different scenarios and use cases.
  • Apply both manual and automated testing approaches to validate functionality and performance.
  • Detect, document, and communicate bugs, inconsistencies, and potential improvements.
  • Analyze software requirements, technical documentation, dependencies, and build processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to understand requirements and provide technical updates.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies, programming languages, and software verification practices.
  • Contribute to improving testing processes, workflows, and quality assurance standards.
  • Support backend, frontend, and DevOps activities when required, including CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a technically skilled software professional with experience in development, DevOps, and quality assurance environments. Required qualifications and skills include:

  • 3+ years of experience in software development, DevOps, or related technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of software verification, testing methodologies, and quality assurance practices.
  • Experience working with Linux, Windows, and Mac operating system environments.
  • Knowledge of backend programming languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, and PHP.
  • Familiarity with databases and server configuration, including MongoDB, SQL, and MySQL.
  • Experience using Git and version control workflows.
  • Basic knowledge of frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with AWS technologies is an advantage.
  • Understanding of API configuration and integration is beneficial.
  • Experience with build tools such as MSBuild, Webpack, Maven, or similar technologies is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical documentation and identify requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with the capacity to troubleshoot complex software issues.
