During a Typical Day, Youll

  • Find prospects to engage with to understand their business needs and provide tailored product recommendations and drive revenue
  • Conduct research on customer contracts and history using platforms like Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo to uncover upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Deliver product demonstrations and create customer-specific use cases to highlight the value of the solutions
  • Manage your pipeline effectively, providing accurate updates to management on progress and forecasts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and expand product adoption across solutions.
  • Cultivate and nurture long-term customer relationships, understanding business objectives, advising customers.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Outbound sales experience, with focus on prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, objection handling, generating new business opportunities, upselling and cross selling
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions and subscription models
  • Proven ability to uncover and engage decision-makers, identify customer needs and close deals over various channels such as phone, email, and social media
  • Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline and meet weekly, daily and monthly sales targets
  • Ability to analyze customer data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Confidence in presenting to and advising C-suite decision makers

A Bit More About Your Role

As a Customer Success Account Manager your daily responsibilities will encompass prospecting, proactively engaging with book of business accounts, qualifying opportunities, and skillfully closing deals. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise to upsell and cross sell to our valued existing clients, driving additional revenue and fostering long-term relationships. And we know that you bring with you the one necessary ingredient that cant be taught a curious and supportive nature that will shine through as you help customers. You'll report to Team Lead or Sales Manager. You'll play an essential role in our sales cycle by qualifying leads and initiating contact with potential customers.
