The position is primarily remote, allowing for a flexible schedule while utilizing our outpatient office's robust infrastructure. Our office prioritizes collaboration among staff, creating a seamless care experience for clients. Therapists will have access to centralized electronic health records (EHR) systems that enhance care coordination, ensuring that all team members are informed about treatment plans and client progress. • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to ascertain patients' needs, and formulate customized treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that empower clients and foster a sense of community among participants addressing shared mental health issues.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other practitioners to ensure patients receive coordinated, holistic care that addresses their diverse needs.
• Provide crisis intervention services during acute mental health situations, ensuring swift and effective support to at-risk clients.
• Educate clients about various mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to foster understanding and promote recovery.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, adhering to established legal and ethical standards in the therapeutic practice.
• Engage in regular case consultations, contributing to team discussions aimed at improving treatment strategies and outcomes.
• Stay informed on the latest developments and research in mental health therapy to enhance personal practice and patient care.

Our practice serves a diverse clientele, encompassing individuals and families from various backgrounds. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) in the state of Florida is essential.
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Strong ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop effective treatment plans that align with client goals.
• Proven experience providing individual and group therapy, particularly to varied populations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating strong therapeutic alliances with clients.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and patient management.
• Capability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to comprehensive patient care.

• Previous experience in an outpatient psychiatric setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with group therapy facilitation and psychoeducational programming.
• Experience with teletherapy platforms and adapting therapeutic practices to a virtual environment.
• Active engagement in continued education and professional development in relation to mental health best practices.
