  • Margin, Collateral, and Corporate Actions
    • Manage daily margin calls and instruct associated collateral movements as needed.
    • Monitor corporate actions, submit elections and instructions as required, and verify post-event position and cash outcomes.
  • Reconciliations and Settlements
    • Perform daily position and cash reconciliations between internal systems, custodians, and fund accounting records.
    • Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks related to pricing, accruals, FX, timing, or booking issues.
    • Support timely settlement of trades, following up on failed or delayed settlements with brokers and custodians.
  • Brokerage & Custodial Relationships
    • Maintain existing brokerage and custodial relationships and assist with new account onboardings.
  • Ongoing Operational Support
    • Assist with month-end and period-end processes, NAV support, portfolio reporting, and audit or regulatory data requests.
    • Help maintain and build technology to support investment trading and portfolio management, and contribute to process improvements, documentation, and control enhancements as product complexity grows.

Who you are:

  • M.B.A./Bachelor's degree in finance (or related major) required.
  • 5+ years of experience in the investment management industry with a focus on nvestment operations across multiple asset classes, portfolio support, fund accounting, or middle/back office functions.
