Job description

Progressive Leasing is a leading provider of in-store and e-commerce lease-to-own solutions. With more than 20 years in FinTech, we've grown from start-up to industry leader by innovating, simplifying, and valuing people. We are a subsidiary of PROG Holdings (NYSE: PRG), a FinTech holding company with three business segments: Progressive Leasing, Purchasing Power (a leading employee purchase program for consumer products and services using payroll deduction), and Four, a Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) platform.
We are currently hiring a Senior System Engineer - EUC to help grow our company and ensure our mission is achieved!
This role is a work from home position and can be performed remotely anywhere in the continental US or in our corporate office in Draper, Utah.
Employee Value Proposition (EVP): PROG is dedicated to providing people with opportunity; opportunity for inclusive collaboration, opportunity for innovation, and opportunity for development.
WE ARE: A sales organization that is dedicated to developing and executing winning sales and marketing strategies in a fun and engaging environment. We provide our employees with challenging opportunities where passion, tenacity, innovation and diligence are rewarded. We want your passion, your creativity and your mastery in rallying support for the ideas that will advance our initiatives. With your broad strategic expertise, you will plan, develop and implement highly effective sales, marketing and operational strategies, solutions and initiatives to drive market share and sell-through for our clients.
YOU ARE: A Systems Engineer, who will support End User Computing (EUC) Management. In this position, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, securing, and supporting enterprise endpoint management solutions across the Progressive Leasing EUC environment. This role is primarily focused on macOS management through Jamf Pro, while also supporting Windows endpoint management through ConnectWise Automate, Microsoft Intune and related EUC platforms.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Administer and enhance macOS endpoint management using Jamf Pro, including policies, profiles, scripting, patching, inventory, reporting, and application deployment.
  • Design and support zero-touch and remote macOS deployment workflows, covering automated provisioning, enrollment, configuration, and user-ready handoff.
  • Package, deploy, update, and lifecycle-manage macOS applications and operating systems while minimizing end-user disruption.
  • Support Windows endpoint management via Intune, Entra ID, and ConnectWise Automate, including compliance policies, application deployment, remediation, and reporting.
  • Partner with Security to implement secure endpoint baselines, compliance controls, vulnerability remediation, and audit-ready evidence.
  • Build and maintain automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or AppleScript to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot complex macOS and Windows endpoint issues and collaborate cross-functionally while following change management, documentation, and release processes.

YOU'LL BRING:
  • Hands-on experience managing macOS endpoints in an enterprise environment using Jamf Pro, including configuration profiles, policies, software deployment, patching, inventory, scripting, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Apple ecosystem administration, including Apple Business Manager, automated device enrollment, macOS lifecycle management, volume purchasing, and certificate-based workflows.
  • Experience supporting Windows endpoint management with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and related Microsoft endpoint solutions.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using Bash, PowerShell, Python, AppleScript, or similar languages.
  • Working knowledge of identity and access management and endpoint security like Okta, Entra ID, SSO, along with conditional access devices, compliance, and security tooling (EDR, DLP, encryption, baselines).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently or collaboratively, including participation in after-hours support as needed.
  • AI-enabled tools are already part of how work gets done across our organization, and their use will continue to expand over time. We value people who are curious, adaptable, and open to learning as roles and workflows evolve.

WE OFFER:
  • Competitive Compensation + Bonus Potential
  • Full Health Benefits; Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance + Paid Parental Leave
  • Company Matched 401k
  • Paid Time Off + Paid Holidays + Paid Volunteer Time
  • Diversity Alliance Resource Groups
  • Employee Stock Purchase Program
  • Tuition Reimbursement
  • Charitable Gift Matching
  • Job Required Equipment & Services Will Be Provided
