• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of patients with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues to formulate personalized treatment plans based on solution-focused interventions.
• Implement evidence-based therapy modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to provide compassionate care that fosters client resilience and hope.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation while adhering to HIPAA and other regulatory standards to ensure client confidentiality and uphold organizational integrity.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workers to provide holistic, client-centered care tailored to individual needs.
• Engage in ongoing case consultations and peer review sessions to continuously improve quality of care and integrate the latest best practices in the mental health field.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health and recovery pathways, enhancing their understanding of treatment options and available community resources for ongoing support.
• Stay informed on developments in the field through research and continued education, integrating new knowledge into your practice to deliver the most effective care possible.

The LCSW will work primarily with individuals facing substance use issues, often alongside anxiety, depression, and trauma. You will have the opportunity to support clients through their rehabilitation journey, helping them build coping strategies and regain control over their lives. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Tennessee.
• Proven experience in using solution-based psychotherapy techniques tailored to individual client needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, enabling effective navigation through complex client situations.

• Previous experience in substance use treatment or acute mental health settings.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and their application in a clinical setting.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems for maintaining accurate patient documentation.
