• Conduct detailed clinical assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status and create individualized treatment plans employing best practices and evidence-based interventions.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), customizing them to fit the context of telehealth and the diverse needs of clients.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements and leverage electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline administrative tasks.
• Engage in routine collaboration with fellow team members through virtual meetings, sharing insights and strategies that enhance comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in peer review meetings that utilize video conferencing technology aimed at continuous improvement of treatment approaches.
• Educate patients and their families on coping strategies, treatment options, and community resources that can support their mental health journey.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health care by engaging in virtual training sessions, webinars, and research initiatives that inform your practice.

You will work with a diverse population, including adults and adolescents grappling with various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma. Your focus will be to empower each individual through tailored support that encourages resilience and recovery.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• At least two years of clinical experience, providing psychotherapy services effectively.
• Proficiency in employing solution-focused psychotherapy interventions suitable for a remote environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust with clients virtually.
• Strong critical thinking skills to navigate the challenges of remote therapeutic settings.
• Ability to function both independently and collaboratively within a virtual multidisciplinary team.

• Experience in substance abuse treatment within a detox center setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and proficiency in using technology to enhance patient care.
