• Deliver therapeutic sessions that cater to the individual needs of clients, employing various evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Manage client case files and keep meticulous documentation of progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments.
• Collaborate with a team of mental health professionals, referring clients to specialists when additional support is required.
• Utilize video conferencing tools effectively to conduct therapy sessions, ensuring a professional and secure environment.
• Engage in regular virtual team meetings to share insights, discuss strategies, and foster a sense of community among colleagues.

Your primary focus will be on providing therapeutic support to women aged 35-55, addressing their unique mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, relationship dynamics, and stress management. Through personalized counseling, you will help clients set and achieve their therapeutic goals, ultimately enhancing their quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Possession of an active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.
• Strong knowledge of the ethical and legal parameters surrounding mental health counseling.
• Ability to work autonomously while also enhancing teamwork within a remote environment.

• Experience working with the specified client demographic focused on women’s mental health issues.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual communication tools.
• Additional certifications or training in specialized therapeutic modalities are a plus.

This position offers an annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience. Employees will benefit from ongoing professional development, including continuing education credits. We also provide a flexible work schedule to accommodate a healthy work-life balance.
