Job Overview
Winter Environmental is seeking a professional and customer-focused Client Service Representative to join our remote team. This position serves as an important point of contact between our company and our clients, providing exceptional customer support while assisting with administrative coordination and client communications.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will work closely with internal departments to ensure client inquiries are handled efficiently while supporting day-to-day administrative operations in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information regarding company services, projects, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and customer follow-ups.
  • Assist clients with service requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to support client needs.
