• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform to ensure confidentiality and security.
• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients' family dynamics and relational patterns, as well as past trauma, to develop well-informed treatment plans.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the specific needs of clients or families, adjusting as necessary based on therapeutic progress.
• Provide immediate crisis support, effectively managing urgent situations and coordinating with local crisis services when necessary.
• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring accurate tracking of client progress.
• Educate clients and their families on effective communication techniques, boundary-setting practices, and behavioral strategies to enhance their daily functioning.
• Engage in regular multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss complex cases, share insights, and collaboratively create effective care plans.

Our client population encompasses a diverse range of individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges, including mental health disorders, relationship conflicts, and family issues. You will work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns, guiding them on their journey toward recovery and improved relationships.

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited program is required.
• You must possess a valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license recognized by the Pennsylvania Board of Behavioral Sciences.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a behavioral health setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapy for individuals, couples, and families.
• Credentialing in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) is beneficial.
• You should have a strong clinical background, with proven experience addressing a variety of complex client challenges.
• Ability to respond with professionalism, empathy, and calmness in crisis situations.
• Demonstrable flexibility and creativity in dealing with diverse client issues, family dynamics, and therapeutic practices.
• Thorough knowledge of ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations, ensuring compliance in practice.

• Experience working in a remote environment and using telehealth platforms for therapy delivery.
• Familiarity with holistic therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
• A track record of successfully collaborating within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
