Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ Months (Contract)
Active PMP Certificate needed
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver critical projects on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate will excel in stakeholder communication, risk management, and cross-functional team leadership in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery in alignment with business objectives.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues.
  • Track and report project progress, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule.
  • Manage change requests, ensuring impacts are documented and approved.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure compliance with governance standards.

Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of proven project management experience in enterprise or large-scale environments.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid).
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar).
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP, CSM, or related project management certification.
  • Experience in government, utilities, healthcare, or similar regulated environments.
