Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate discovery interviews and workshops to deeply understand client processes and operations
  • Build clear, detailed process models such as swimlanes, value streams, and user journeys
  • Drive Kaizen, A3, and design-thinking sessions to optimize workflows before implementing AI solutions
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for AI, automation, RPA, and low-code/no-code tools
  • Develop concise and compelling business cases with clear value propositions and measurable outcomes
  • Recommend prioritization of AI use cases and guide them into structured delivery pipelines
  • Partner with technical teams to translate business needs into actionable backlogs, prototypes, and pilot programs
  • Define, track, and analyze pilot metrics to determine scalability and ROI
  • Maintain well-structured documentation to accelerate delivery from discovery to execution
  • Coach stakeholders on identifying and prioritizing future AI and automation opportunities

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

  • 8+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, consulting, or related client-facing roles
  • Proven success delivering technology-driven process improvements (AI, automation, RPA, low-code platforms)
  • Strong expertise in process modeling and improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, value-stream mapping, or design thinking
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools, including Generative AI, chatbots, document intelligence, or workflow automation
  • Ability to build business cases that clearly articulate value, effort, risks, and dependencies
  • Excellent facilitation, interviewing, and communication skills across all levels of an organization
  • Strong documentation and storytelling ability for both business and technical audiences

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience delivering AI or digital transformation projects from discovery through implementation
  • Background working in highly regulated or complex enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Exposure to multi-agent AI workflows or advanced automation orchestration

Education & Certifications You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
