What You Will Do Lead the planning, execution, and completion of sustaining capital projects, ensuring alignment with safety, environmental, quality, budget, and schedule goals Manage projects within a portfolio of $15-$20 million, overseeing scope development, contracting strategies, and construction activities Collaborate with site operations, maintenance, and technical teams to identify project priorities and optimize scopes.
