• Conduct thorough initial and ongoing assessments of clients to understand their needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address mental health challenges.
• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral techniques and solution-focused approaches, to facilitate positive outcomes for clients.
• Maintain diligent and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring continuity of care and tracking client progress.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to develop comprehensive care strategies.
• Engage in continuous professional education by staying informed about the latest advancements in social work practices and mental health treatment methodologies.

Your practice will focus on clients who are often struggling with a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, and depression. This is a diverse population, including individuals from various backgrounds and age groups, which allows you to employ a range of evidence-based approaches tailored to meet each client’s unique circumstances and needs.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required; a Master’s Degree is preferred.
• Active LCSW license in Colorado or the ability to obtain it upon hiring.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, necessary for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex client scenarios and develop appropriate intervention strategies.
• Ability to thrive in a cooperative team setting, demonstrating professionalism and respect for all colleagues and clients.

While a minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is required, candidates with experience in trauma-informed care or in working with diverse populations will be prioritized. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records will also be considered an asset in this position.
