PSCG maintains a bench of Environmental and HAZMAT subject matter experts for per-task-order engagement supporting NEPA compliance, contamination assessment, and hazardous materials management on federal disaster response task orders.

THE ENGAGEMENT

  • Minimum seven (7) years of environmental compliance or HAZMAT management experience.
  • HAZWOPER 40-hour certification current.

  • U.S. Citizenship.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Active Public Trust clearance.
  • Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) or Professional Environmental Manager (PEM).
  • FEMA Environmental-Historic Preservation training.
  • Pacific region disaster recovery experience.

ENGAGEMENT TERMS

  • Consultant maintains own tools, certifications, and professional liability coverage where applicable.

HOW TO JOIN

Qualified candidates will be invited to execute a PSCG Master Independent Consultant Agreement and be added to the bench for activation when applicable Task Orders arise. Joining the bench creates no paid engagement obligation for either party until a specific Task Order is executed. Reference position code ENV-HAZ in the subject line.
