• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing audio and video formats as appropriate.

Your primary focus will be on low acuity adults dealing with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, and grief. By providing tailored counseling services, you will play an essential role in improving their mental health outcomes in a supportive, understanding environment.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid and current state license to practice (LPC, LMFT, LICSW) within the state of Washington.
• Demonstrated understanding of telehealth best practices and client engagement strategies.

• Experience working with diverse client populations in a telehealth setting.
• Familiarity with technology-driven therapy solutions and electronic health record systems.
• Previous engagement with online counseling platforms or virtual therapeutic modalities is advantageous.

Compensation for this role is competitive, offering an annual salary range of $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. We value our counselors' well-being and provide:
