You will work alongside a group of experienced professionals dedicated to mental health recovery and growth.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client needs and formulate effective treatment plans.
• Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions grounded in evidence-based practices, adjusting techniques to suit diverse client backgrounds and experiences.
• Actively collaborate with families, support staff, and other healthcare providers to ensure an integrated approach to care.
• Document client interactions and progress meticulously, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
• Enhance therapeutic practices by contributing insights and strategies for improving client outcomes and experiences.

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Our clients come from varied socio-economic backgrounds, presenting unique challenges that require culturally competent and sensitive treatment approaches. Your role will be pivotal in guiding these clients through their therapeutic journeys, promoting healing and resilience.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• An active state licensure as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent is essential.
• Proficient computer skills, with a strong familiarity with the Google Suite and experience with Electronic Health Record systems.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, facilitating clear and empathetic interactions with clients and team members.

• Previous experience in a community health setting is highly valued.
• Experience providing both individual and group therapy, particularly within remote environments.
• Familiarity with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or diverse cultural groups, is a plus.
• Knowledge of contemporary therapeutic methodologies and willingness to stay updated with continuing education.

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual compensation of USD 100,000 – 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Beyond salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
