Job description

Automated Health Systems has Customer Service Representative positions available. These positions are remote but will require you to pick up equipment in Providence, RI.
This shift for this position is Monday to Friday from 8:00 - 4:30 PM. The position will start July 20th, 2026.
Responsibilities:
  • Assisting individuals with information and support regarding healthcare benefits.
  • Providing accurate and consistent information.
  • Providing quality customer service and support.
  • Meet performance metrics such as call quality, average handle time, customer satisfaction, and attendance goals.
  • Resolve customer complaints and complex issues.
  • Provide empathetic customer service during stressful situations.
  • Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities by managing high call volumes while accurately documenting customer information, and efficiently navigating multiple computer systems, CRM software, and data entry platforms during customer interactions.
