Job description

Influents Innovations specializes in the invention, development, and commercialization of evidence-based products and services for the healthcare, social service, and education systems. Our mission is to displace digital snake oil with behavioral research-based solutions delivered through innovative technologies. Our organization features a team of nationally recognized research scientists, clinicians, mental health therapists, psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners, methodologists, data analysts, digital media designers and producers, consultants, certified project managers, software architects and developers. Influents Innovations products and services are developed in collaboration with in-house researchers and scientists at universities and other research centers throughout the country. For more information about Influents Innovations, please visitwww.influentsin.com.

Influents Innovations is expanding services to include a new mental health research clinic that focuses on prevention and early intervention for serious mental illness. We specialize in early intervention, coordinated care for psychosis, serving individuals aged 12-35 years old. However, we serve all ages experiencing a range of serious mental illness symptoms associated with diagnoses such as Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, and Major Depressive Disorder. Clinic service offerings: screening and referral, diagnostics, psychotherapy, prescribing, vocational/educational counseling, and peer support (coming soon).

Candidates must be licensed in the State of Oregon as a Nurse Practitioner (NP). Must hold a current registration with the Drug Enforcement Administration Controlled Substances Registration.

As a research clinic, we are continuously engaged in furthering research in prevention and early intervention for serious mental illness. Nurse Practitioners who work with us are required to promote and participate in clinical research studies that contribute to education and clinical outcomes in serious mental illness. Nurse Practitioners who want to initiate, fund, and launch their own research studies are welcome; however, initiating research is not required. Nurse Practitioners are responsible for adhering to all Oregon Health Authority ethical and billing requirements in furtherance of their licenses and to treat and bill.

You will work collaboratively with a small but mighty (and growing!) interdisciplinary team. We are passionate about early intervention in mental health treatment and about working together to impact clinical outcomes and clinical research. We troubleshoot together, support each other, care deeply about each other and our participants, and often learn from each other.

We offer a collaborative, flexible, and supportive environment where contributions are rewarded and recognized. We offer an opportunity to engage in projects that use science to transform people's lives. We offer competitive, equitable wages and a full benefit package including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan with a generous match, as well as paid vacation, holiday and sick time.

Influents Innovations is based in Springfield, Oregon. The company is primarily remote, and this role may be based in Springfield or may be permanently remote depending on the hiring department's needs and preferences. Only candidates living in the U.S. will be considered.
