Title: Senior UiPath Developer / RPA Developer
Location: Nashville, TN – REMOTE - LOCALS
Duration: 5 Months – W2 Role
Description:

The UiPath Developer will design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA solutions using the UiPath platform to automate government business processes and improve operational efficiency and citizen services. The role also supports emerging Agentic AI and Generative AI automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain attended, unattended, and scheduled UiPath bots.
  • Design automation workflows using UiPath Studio, Studio Web, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
  • Design and implement AI-powered automation solutions using UiPath AI Center, Autopilot, Document Understanding, Communications Mining, and generative AI capabilities.
  • Develop intelligent agents capable of contextual reasoning, decision-making, and multi-step task orchestration within defined governance controls.
  • Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), AI services, intelligent document processing, and RAG techniques into automation workflows.
  • Analyze business requirements and develop scalable automation solutions.
  • Integrate UiPath with APIs, databases, web applications, document management systems, and cloud services.
  • Implement exception handling, logging, monitoring, auditing, and security controls.
  • Test, debug, troubleshoot, and optimize automation solutions.
  • Develop technical documentation and workflow diagrams.
  • Support AI-powered automation using UiPath AI Center, Autopilot, Document Understanding, LLMs, and Generative AI.
  • Develop intelligent document processing and human-in-the-loop workflows.
  • Follow cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI standards.
Required / Preferred Technical Skills
  • Strong experience with UiPath Studio, StudioX, Studio Web, and Orchestrator.
  • Experience with REFramework and enterprise RPA design patterns.
  • Experience with AI Center, Action Center, Document Understanding, or similar intelligent automation technologies.
  • Experience integrating REST/SOAP APIs, SQL databases, enterprise applications, and cloud services.
  • Knowledge of OCR and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) technologies.
  • Experience with Generative AI, LLM integration, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI orchestration.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming or scripting languages such as C#, VB.NET, Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
