A remote entry-level web developer collaborates with a team of junior, mid-level, and senior web developers to code a computer program or web application. Unlike in-house web developers, remote entry-level web developers work from home or another remote location outside of the office. As a remote entry-level developer, your duties include running tests and debugging applications, submitting pull requests with ideas of different approaches to a problem, and pairing programming to develop software solutions to meet business needs. You must spend time learning your company’s code base and workflow. As you gain the knowledge base and skills to understand the company’s systems, you can take on additional responsibilities and more complex assignments.

Description
TRISTAR is seeking a highly motivated Software Developer II to support the Maneuver, Surveillance and Engagement Division at Crane NSWC. This project is focused on providing real-time geospatial analysis to enhance the unmanned platforms capabilities for military logistics. This software developer position will also be responsible for building "Map-Centric" User Interfaces and/or Geospatial Information Systems, while ensuring that deployment processes align with all software requirements and adhere to modern industry's best practices.
