• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, establish clinical diagnoses, and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness approaches tailored to clients’ specific needs.
• Provide crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute situations, ensuring they receive timely support and guidance.
• Maintain confidential client records, including treatment progress and assessment results, that meet legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment plans, and available community resources, while advocating for their rights and needs as applicable.
• Pursue ongoing training, workshops, and professional development to remain abreast of the latest best practices in mental health therapy.

As a mental health therapist at Inner Wisdom, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and families facing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and stress-related disorders. Your role will be crucial in empowering clients to understand their challenges and develop effective coping strategies that enhance their quality of life.

• Licensed as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) in California.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills conducive to building trusting relationships with clients.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
