This position is fully remote, enabling you to work from the comfort of your own home while engaging with clients through telehealth technology. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, establish clinical diagnoses, and formulate comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions through individual, group, and family sessions, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) based on client goals.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients in acute mental health crises, employing crisis management techniques to ensure safety and stabilization.
  • Maintain meticulous client records, including documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to the highest ethical and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprised of psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans for clients.
  • Engage clients and their families in educational discussions about mental health awareness, treatment options, and beneficial community resources, advocating for their needs as appropriate.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training focused on the latest therapeutic practices and mental health research.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A current license as a Mental Health Therapist including LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW is required.

  • Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic skills are essential for evaluating and addressing mental health concerns effectively.
  • At least two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year.
