• Conduct comprehensive assessments to thoroughly understand clients' mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and collaboratively develop effective treatment plans tailored to each individual.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address various mental health challenges.
• Provide crisis intervention support for clients experiencing acute stress or emergencies, employing timely and effective strategies to ensure client safety and wellbeing.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams that may include psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care across diverse client needs.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
• Commit to ongoing professional development by participating in training, workshops, and other educational opportunities to stay updated with industry best practices and advancements in mental health therapy.

Your role will involve working with a wide variety of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, all facing unique mental health challenges. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship issues, you will tailor your therapeutic approach to meet the specific needs of each client, promoting resilience and supportive coping strategies. Your ability to connect with a diverse client base will be crucial in helping them achieve positive outcomes.

• Must hold an active license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).
• Possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, alongside a robust understanding of mental health treatment modalities.
• Minimum of two years of related experience is required to ensure a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building trusting relationships with clients.
• Able to work independently yet thrive in a collaborative environment with colleagues.
• Demonstrate a commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards in practice.

• Prior experience in a clinical setting, although this is not a strict requirement for entry-level candidates.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms is advantageous.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
