Your schedule will typically be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing structure while still allowing for a work-life balance. • Conduct comprehensive client intake assessments to identify mental health needs and goals.

As an Associate Level Mental Health Therapist at Better Selves Therapy, you will work with a diverse clientele experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field.
• Active associate registration (AMFT, ASW, or APCC) in California, enabling you to practice under licensed supervision.

• A minimum of one year of prior mental health or counseling experience is preferred, which may include internships or volunteer work.
• Experience using telehealth technology in a clinical setting is an asset.
