Overview
Embark on an exciting journey as an Entry-Level Real Estate Agent with our dynamic team! This role offers a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals to kick-start their careers in real estate, gaining hands-on experience in property sales, client relations, and market analysis. With a focus on growth and development, you will be empowered to build your network, sharpen your negotiation skills, and help clients find their dream homes or investment properties. This paid position is ideal for those eager to learn the ropes of real estate while making a positive impact in their community.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing exceptional customer service and guidance throughout the transaction process
  • Conduct property showings, open houses, and market research to identify suitable options for clients
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings through various channels including social media, online platforms, and community outreach
  • Negotiate offers and counteroffers to achieve favorable terms for clients while maintaining professionalism and transparency
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions, property details, and transaction documents in compliance with real estate laws and regulations
  • Stay informed about local market trends, fair housing regulations, and legal requirements affecting property transactions
  • Collaborate with team members, property managers, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction workflows

Requirements

  • Valid real estate license required; willingness to obtain license if not already licensed
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and confidently
  • Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple clients and property listings efficiently
  • Excellent negotiation abilities to advocate effectively for clients’ interests
  • Experience or familiarity with marketing techniques and customer service principles
  • Knowledge of fair housing laws, real estate law, and property management practices is a plus
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse communities
  • Previous administrative or real estate-related experience will be considered an asset
