• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify and understand clients' concerns, formulating appropriate clinical diagnoses.
• Develop customized treatment plans that incorporate individual, group, and family therapy aimed at achieving each client's specific goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused therapy tailored to the diverse needs of your client population.
• Provide crisis intervention, offering immediate support and resources to clients facing acute mental health emergencies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards while documenting treatment progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to share insights and develop comprehensive care plans that address the holistic needs of clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and available resources, advocating for their rights and preferences throughout the treatment process.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and opportunities for enhancing therapeutic skills.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various backgrounds, age groups, and mental health diagnoses. Our clients may be grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Your empathetic and culturally competent approach will help create a supportive therapeutic alliance, making a significant difference in their mental wellness journey.

• Currently licensed as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) in the state of Illinois.
• Possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health counseling or clinical setting.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills conducive to building rapport with clients.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards throughout all interactions.

• Experience working in a clinical setting with a focus on community mental health preferred, but not required for entry-level positions.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapeutic practices is a plus.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
