• Deliver individualized evidence-based therapeutic interventions, actively adjusting plans to meet the evolving needs of clients.
• Ensure precise and timely documentation of clinical records, adhering to all relevant regulations and organizational standards.
• Participate in a multidisciplinary team to coordinate holistic care, including case discussions and peer review sessions, to continuously enhance service delivery.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families, fostering a deeper understanding of mental health challenges and treatment pathways.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, keeping abreast of the latest research and breakthroughs in mental health.

Our clinic serves a diverse demographic, including children, adults, and families grappling with a variety of mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to work closely with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues, tailoring your approaches to resonate with each unique patient’s background and needs. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from a recognized and accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license to practice in Nevada.
• At least two years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling, with a focus on psychotherapy.
• Expertise in solution-focused and evidence-based therapy modalities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work well within a collaborative team environment.

• Advanced experience working with a diverse and multifaceted patient caseload.
• Familiarity with utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation and patient management.
• Previous involvement in community outreach programs or mental health initiatives is a plus.
