• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' needs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families utilizing various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement psychoeducational and support groups that focus on common mental health issues and foster community support.
• Assist clients in building new coping strategies, problem-solving techniques, and effective communication skills.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide comprehensive care tailored to each patient.
• Provide crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute mental health episodes.
• Offer education on mental health conditions, treatment possibilities, and community resources to empower clients in their recovery journeys.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in alignment with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in professional development activities and stay updated with contemporary mental health research and practices.

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current, valid, and independent licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in digital technologies and teletherapy platforms.
• Comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group therapy tailored to meet diverse clients’ needs.

• Experience in a community health setting or within multicultural therapy environments.
• Familiarity with specific cultural competency frameworks and practices in mental health.
• Prior engagement in outreach programs that target underserved populations is a plus.

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications, plus potential bonuses. Benefits include a flexible work schedule, health, dental, and vision insurance, weekly direct deposits, and a sign-on bonus upon joining our team.
